Document Legalization
Documents Legalization Process:
We offer complete document legalization and authentication by the U.S. Dept. of State as well as document legalization by various Embassies/Consulates.
Please remember the following information prior to sending your documents to our office for processing:
- All your documents must be notarized by a Notary Public. Excluding Federal Documents.
- Once your documents are notarized, they will need to be authenticated by your local courthouse in your state attesting to the fact that the notary seal is authentic and certified by your state.
- You should submit your documents to your Secretary of State to certify the county clerk’s signature.
- Once you have completed the above three steps, your documents will be ready to be submitted to the State Department in Washington DC followed by the consulate of your choice for the final step.

Fees: The single fee for all types of documents is $250.00 per service listed above. Plus, the State Department/Embassy/Consulate Fees.
Note: Embassies/Consulates/State Dept. may take longer, please plan-ahead.

Legalization due to Consulate/Government delays or overnight shipments by a third party. Our Fee is Non-Refundable and Consulate’s fees will be nonrefundable in the
event Document Legalization is denied or delayed for any reason. “Foreign Government notification of changes and protocols may change at little or no notice.”
