Document Legalization


Documents Needed to Process:

We offer complete document authentication by the U.S. Department of State in Washington, D.C. as well as document legalization by various Embassies/Consulates. 

 

The world of International Documents is a complex web of rules, regulations and requirements that vary widely from country to country. 

Without significant expertise, the process can be frustrating and time consuming. 

 

Please remember the following information prior to sending your documents to our office for processing: 


  • All your documents must be notarized by a Notary Public. 
  • Once your documents are notarized, they will need to be authenticated by your local courthouse in your state attesting to the fact that the notary seal is authentic and certified by your state. 
  • You should submit your documents to your Secretary of State to certify the county clerk’s signature. 
  • Once you have completed the above three steps, your documents will be ready to be submitted to the State Department in Washington DC
