• Note: We Accept: Personal Check, Company Check.
• Note: Payments are due at the time of Reservation. (Net 30 is not accepted.)

• Note: Passengers in India can make a payment on +91.7715897589: Google Pay, Paytm, Phone Pe.
• Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover.
• Credit Cards: There is a 5.00% convenience surcharge associated with the use of Credit Cards.
• Note: Our Visa Fees do not include Embassy Fees. Embassy Fees depends on the country Visa applied for.
• Note: Our Passport Fees do not include State Dept. Fees. State Dept. Fees are listed separately.
• Note: A fee of $75.00 applies to all returned deposit checks.
• Note: Our Fees become Non-Refundable at the time Documents are submitted to us for process and later withdrawn for any number of Reasons and or if the Embassy/Consulate rejects the application for any number of Reasons.  Embassy Fees: To Be Determined at the

        time of process. Embassy Fees are Subject to Change without any prior Notice.

• Note: Please retain invoices receipts for your Records.
• Note: Embassy/Consulates and State Department Rules are Subject to Change without any prior Notice.
• Note: The type of visa you will need is related to the purpose of your travel as defined by the immigration law of each individual country.
• Note: Documents Mailed directly to the Consulate by the customers. We will not be able to process once submitted Directly to the Consulate. 
• Note: Transportation to and from Dulles International Airports and India requires a 4-day advanced booking. Less than 24 hours, the fees

        are double. Cancellations should be in writing, and enough notice of 2 days should be given. Cancellation less than 24 hours, the fees are              non-refundable.               

• Note: Sandeep Talwar is Not Responsible for any changes in Rules and Regulations of Embassy/Consulates and State Department after the fact of Visas and Passports are issued, flight schedule, cancellation, delays, lost, damaged or mishandled baggage, meals & seat request and transfer connections by the airline or any weather-related delays or cancellations.
