• Note: Payments are due at the time of Reservation. (Net 30 is not accepted.)

• Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover.
• Credit Cards: There is a 5.00% convenience surcharge associated with the use of Credit Cards.
• Note: Our Visa Fees do not include Embassy Fees. Embassy Fees depends on the country Visa applied for.
• Note: Our Passport Fees do not include State Dept. Fees. State Dept. Fees are listed separately.
• Note: A fee of $75.00 applies to all returned deposit checks.
• Note: A fee of $75.00 plus airline penalty will be charged in case of cancellation.
• Note: A fee of $75.00 will be charged for cancellation of any reason after we receive payment for Airline Tickets.
• Note: Passengers will be advised if the Airline Tickets purchased are Non-Refundable.
• Note: Our Fees become Non-Refundable at the time Documents are submittedto us for process and later withdrawn for any number of Reasons and or if the Embassy/Consulate rejects the application for any number of Reasons.  Embassy Fees: To Be Determined at the

        time of process. Embassy Fees are Subject to Change without any prior Notice.

• Note: Please retain invoices receipts for your Records.
• Note: Embassy/Consulates and State Department Rules are Subject to Change without any prior Notice.
• Note: Transportation to and from Bali, Delhi. Dubai, Thailand, Malaysia and Dulles International Airports requires a 4-day advanced booking. Less than 24 hours, the fares are double. Cancellations should be in writing, and enough notice of 2 days should be given. Cancellation less than 24 hours, the fares are non-refundable.
